The power of awareness

Emotional predators are individuals who manipulate and exploit your emotions for their own benefit. They can be anyone from a toxic friend or partner to a manipulative boss or colleague.
Such individuals can make you feel worthless, causing significant harm to your mental health and well-being if you are not aware of it.

However, you can protect yourself from these emotional predators by reminding yourself of your strengths and qualities. By focusing on your positive attributes, you can boost your confidence and resilience, making it harder for emotional predators to affect you negatively.

Let’s explore and accept

Let’s explore how you can remind yourself of your qualities and build emotional armor to protect yourself. By the end of this post, you will have a better understanding of what’s under-the-hood of an emotional predator, how to take control of your own energy and safeguard your mental health and well-being.
First and foremost is to accept that such a thing exists for our highest good. We are all on the same chess board, called life. Acceptance is the bravest move a person can make in his/her game.

Saboteurs vs Sage

We all have two sides to our personality: the saboteurs and the sage. The saboteurs is the part of us that undermines our confidence, causing us to doubt our abilities and question our worth. On the other hand, the sage represents our inner wisdom and the positive qualities that make us unique.
This means that the person on the other side of the board has the same attributes. In order to become aware of it, first we need to become aware of our own saboteurs and our sage.

Mind your karma

In addition to all that, it is important to know that each of our thoughts requires a certain amount of vital energy. In essence, we are energy. Every thought produced by either a saboteur or our sage’s wisdom, directed at someone else, will surely reach that person. In this way, we also create our own karma.

Cultivate a positive mindset

By tapping into our Sage and nurturing it, we can cultivate a positive and empowering mindset that helps us overcome the negative influence of our own and others saboteurs.
